Behavior therapy helps to change potentially unacceptable behavior to healthy and acceptable behaviors. The focus is given to the current problem or concern and introduces a new behavior in an incremental process. This is applied for mental illness and behavioral disorders like Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD) Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Dysfunctional and Systematic Desensitization.
